Add onion, jalapeno, and red bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are softened.
Clear the center of the pan and add cubed steak. Season with paprika, chili powder, oregano, coriander, cumin, and salt.
Add minced garlic and tomatoes. Cover and cook for a few minutes.
Sprinkle Wakame or Chihuahua cheese over the mixture and cover until melted.
Serve with tortillas and green salsa. Enjoy the flavorful Mexican Alambre!
