Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and white pepper powder in a bowl.
Cover boneless chicken thighs with cling wrap and marinate with the sauce for 30 minutes or more.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Apply olive oil on a baking dish and place the marinated chicken thighs on it.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
After 15 minutes, apply some honey on the surface of the chicken thighs.
Once done, remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious and juicy baked chicken thighs!
