Season the Wagyu beef patty with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the patty on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
Toast the burger bun on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the burger by placing the lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun, followed by the cooked patty and cheese.
Spread ketchup and mustard on the top bun and place it on top of the burger.
