In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Dissolve the sugar, then gradually add glutinous rice flour, one cup at a time, mixing until smooth and no lumps remain.
Divide the mixture in half. Cook the first half in a saucepan until sticky like dough. Spread it evenly in a greased pan.
Mix ube jam and ube flavoring into the second half of the mixture. Cook until sticky, then layer it on top of the first mixture in the pan.
In a saucepan, combine coconut cream and condensed milk. Cook until reduced and thickened. Spread this mixture on top of the layers in the pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
