Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then add beef mince. Brown the mince.
Pour in beef stock, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, and kidney beans. Stir to combine.
Add smoked paprika, oregano, chili powder, cocoa powder, cumin, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with rice and garnish with fresh red chilies, coriander, and lime. Enjoy with tortillas or other preferred sides.
