Sesame seeds
Instructions:
Boil cabbage leaves until softened for easy rolling.
Cook shallot and ground beef, adding mushrooms separately to sweat out liquid.
Prepare Korean-inspired marinade with pantry staples, adding scallions and sesame seeds.
Roll cooked filling in cabbage leaves, pan sear, pour marinade, and serve.
