Create space in the pan, add oil, turmeric powder, red chili powder, Kashmiri mix powder, and salt. Roast for 2 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add zeera powder and coriander powder, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add water and simmer, then add the fried salmon. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add sleep cream cheese and fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
