Season both sides of the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan over high heat and add grapeseed oil.
Add the filet mignon to the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Add garlic cloves and fresh rosemary to the pan and roll the steak around in the butter.
Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and let the steak rest in the pan for a few minutes.
Serve and enjoy the stunning pink center of the filet mignon.
