Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (around 600-650 grams)
  • Chicken livers (10% of the meal)
  • Calcium source (egg and eggshell)
  • Fish (salmon, 100 grams)
  • Carrots (10% of the meal, around 100 grams)
  • Apple (5% of the meal)
  • Multivitamin supplement
  • Oil (1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken breast into small bits and spread evenly on a baking tray lined with foil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
  2. Chop chicken livers into small bits and add them to the baking tray with the chicken. Bake together.
  3. Cook carbohydrates (e.g., squash) in a pot with water for about 15 minutes.
  4. Grate carrots and apples separately. Avoid apple seeds and core.
  5. Prepare the calcium source by cracking an egg and finely grinding the eggshell.
  6. Cook fish (salmon) in the oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, including the cooked meat, cooked squash, grated vegetables, calcium source, multivitamin supplement, and oil.
  8. Portion out the food into containers once cooled and store in the freezer for up to five days.
