Instructions:
Marinate chicken thighs with olive oil, seasonings, garlic, chipotle sauce, lime juice, and honey. Bake or air fry until juicy and crispy.
Cook diced onion and garlic. Add chicken stock powder, more seasonings, and light butter. Mix in cooked basmati rice and cilantro.
Cut cooked chicken, place it on a warm tortilla with rice. Optionally add sriracha mayonnaise and cilantro. Roll up, toast, and repeat for the remaining burritos. Store in the fridge or freezer for later consumption.
