Add minced garlic, black limes, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom pods, salt, black pepper, cumin, and coriander. Stir and cook for 60-90 seconds.
Add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add grated tomatoes and deglaze the pan.
Pour in 2 liters of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 25 minutes.
Add rolled oats to the pot, cover, and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
Adjust thickness as desired. Serve hot with toppings like cream, pita croutons, fried onions, parsley, and chili flakes. Enjoy!
