In a mixing bowl, combine the keto flour, baking powder, egg, and water. Mix until the dough looks like cake batter.
Spray the inside of a microwave-safe container with cooking spray and pour the batter into it.
Microwave the container for 2 minutes.
Let the bread cool and then remove it from the container.
Cut the bread in half and toast one half.
Enjoy the soft, fluffy, and airy texture of the bread that is identical to regular bread.
Store the bread in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
