Instructions:
- Combine Wet Ingredients and Sugars: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter with packed light brown sugar, vanilla extract, one large egg, and one egg yolk. Mix until just combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: To the wet mixture, add 2 cups of fluffed and leveled all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix until a dough forms.
