1/2 cup half and half (or whole milk, heavy cream, or water)
Parsley
Parmesan cheese
Garlic
Salt (5 grams)
Olive oil (for frying)
Sauce (e.g., jar of marinara sauce)
Instructions:
Combine ground pork and ground beef in a bowl.
Add breadcrumbs, egg, half and half, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and garlic to the meat mixture.
Mix until well combined to form a panade.
Shape the mixture into meatballs of desired size.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the meatballs until browned on all sides.
Add the meatballs to a sauce of your choice (e.g., marinara sauce) and simmer until cooked through.
Serve the meatballs with spaghetti or as meatball subs.
Garnish with parsley before serving. Enjoy!
