Simple Meatballs

Ingredients
- 250 grams ground pork
- 250 grams ground beef
- Breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup half and half (or whole milk, heavy cream, or water)
- Parsley
- Parmesan cheese
- Garlic
- Salt (5 grams)
- Olive oil (for frying)
- Sauce (e.g., jar of marinara sauce)
Instructions
- Combine ground pork and ground beef in a bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, egg, half and half, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and garlic to the meat mixture.
- Mix until well combined to form a panade.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs of desired size.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Add the meatballs to a sauce of your choice (e.g., marinara sauce) and simmer until cooked through.
- Serve the meatballs with spaghetti or as meatball subs.
- Garnish with parsley before serving. Enjoy!
