• 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup peas
• 1 tbsp thyme
• 1 tbsp rosemary
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 oz tomato paste
• 1/4 cup flour
• For Mashed Potatoes
• 4 lbs russet potatoes
• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 stick butter
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 and 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
