Boil cabbage in water for 10 minutes, then drain the water.
Fry garlic in olive oil, add tomato, cheese, spring onions, salt, and black pepper.
Pour in tomato sauce, mix well, and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Beat eggs and pour over the cabbage mixture.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45-50 minutes.
