Mix garam masala, ground coriander, paprika, salt, ground cumin, turmeric, ginger, onion powder, garlic powder, and finely minced garlic with oil to create a spice paste.
Use half of the spice paste to marinate the chicken breast and bake at 425 degrees F for 17 minutes.
Dice half an onion and cook with the remaining spice paste until aromatic. Add in the can of garbanzo beans or chickpeas and can of tomato sauce.
Add 4 wedges of Laughing Cow cream cheese to the sauce and mix until fully incorporated and orange in color.
Chop the cooked chicken breast into small cubes and mix into the sauce.
Separate the tikka masala filling into 6 tortillas, add cilantro, and wrap up.
Freeze the burritos for later consumption.
