Slice the chicken breast into strips and season with paprika, black pepper, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
Stir-fry the mixed vegetables for 5 minutes. Add fresh garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and cooked noodles. Mix well.
Add the cooked chicken and bean sprouts. Garnish with sesame seeds and chili flakes. Divide into 4 equal servings and enjoy!
