Smoky Pasta Liar

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless pork rib
- 1 pound chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 yellow onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 2 sticks of celery
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tablespoon Cajun or Creole seasoning
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon browning sauce
- 16 ounces bowtie pasta
- 3 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- Season the pork with kosher salt and black pepper. Sear the pork in a hot pot for 20 minutes.
- Add the cubed chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Remove the meat and set aside.
- Sear the smoked sausage for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the pot and cook until softened. Add Cajun or Creole seasoning and beef bouillon cubes.
- Pour in water, cream of chicken soup, hot sauce, and browning sauce. Add bowtie pasta and return the meat to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and transfer to a preheated 300°F oven. Cook for 1 hour.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before stirring to ensure pasta is fully cooked.
