Season the pork with kosher salt and black pepper. Sear the pork in a hot pot for 20 minutes.
Add the cubed chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Remove the meat and set aside.
Sear the smoked sausage for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pot and cook until softened. Add Cajun or Creole seasoning and beef bouillon cubes.
Pour in water, cream of chicken soup, hot sauce, and browning sauce. Add bowtie pasta and return the meat to the pot.
Bring to a boil, then cover and transfer to a preheated 300°F oven. Cook for 1 hour.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before stirring to ensure pasta is fully cooked.
