Chop the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic and mix them in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the Gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard to make the sauce.
Heat up a neutral oil in a pan and add the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Let it cook until a light brown crust develops.
Flip the beef and add the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic to the pan. Let them cook for a few minutes.
Mix the meat and vegetables together and add the sauce. Mix well.
Add the tomato sauce and water to the pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Finish with a splash of balsamic vinegar.
Serve on soft potato buns with potato chips and a cold dill pickle on the side.
