High Protein Crispy Salt and Pepper Chicken with Chips (Original video)
Ingredients:
Chicken breast, sliced into cubes
Soy sauce
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Corn flour
Potatoes, sliced
Salt
Paprika
Olive oil
Onion, sliced
Bell peppers, sliced
Honey
Green onion
Instructions:
Slice chicken breast into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and corn flour. Mix well.
Slice uncooked potatoes and season with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and olive oil. Bake in the oven or air fryer until golden and crispy.
Cook the marinated chicken for 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat. Set aside once cooked.
In the same pan, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook for 2 minutes, then add more seasoning and honey.
Add the crispy chips and green onions to the pan, mix well.
Divide the dish into four equal servings and serve hot. Enjoy your high protein crispy salt and pepper chicken with chips!
