Boil 3 potatoes in water with salt for 15 minutes, then drain the water.
Rub the boiled potatoes through a sieve to create a lump-free potato batter.
Add parsley, mozzarella cheese, dried garlic, peppers, and potato starch to the potato batter. Mix well.
Roll out the dough and trim the edges. Cut the dough into thin slices.
Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry the potato slices until golden brown.
