Burger sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, English mustard, Sriracha)
Instructions:
Prepare the burger seasoning by mixing paprika, pepper, salt, brown sugar, garlic granules, onion granules, and cayenne pepper in a jar.
Mix 2 tablespoons of the burger seasoning with the beef mince to form four equal patties. Refrigerate the patties.
Thinly slice the onions using a mandolin, sprinkle with salt, and let sit to extract water.
Prepare the burger sauce by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, English mustard, and Sriracha to taste.
Toast the buns and cook the patties in a hot pan, smashing them down and adding onions on top.
Flip the patties after 4 minutes, add cheese, and let it melt.
Assemble the burgers with the burger sauce and crispy onions on top.
