Creamy Garlic Chicken with Mushrooms and Spinach (Original video)
Ingredients:
1 large chicken breast, cut in half
Flour
Salt
Black pepper
Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
Clarified butter or cooking oil
Shallots or onions
Mushrooms
Spinach
Garlic
Chicken broth or stock
Cream
Potatoes
Parsley
Instructions:
Cut the chicken breast in half and coat it in a mixture of flour, salt, black pepper, and cheese.
Heat clarified butter or cooking oil in a pan and cook the chicken until it is fully cooked.
Remove the chicken from the pan and add shallots or onions, mushrooms, and spinach. Cook until the water from the mushrooms has evaporated.
Add garlic and chicken broth or stock to the pan and let it cook for a few minutes.
Add cream to the pan and let it cook until the sauce thickens.
Cut potatoes into slices and fry them in clarified butter or cooking oil until they are golden brown.
Plate the chicken and pour the sauce over it. Add the potatoes on the side and sprinkle with parsley.
