In a saucepan, mix together 2 cups of mustard and apple cider vinegar.
Add oyster sauce, 2 cups of brown sugar, honey, kosher salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Whisk all ingredients until they turn into a golden yellow color.
Heat the saucepan on low heat and continue whisking to avoid burning.
Once the sauce begins to bubble, remove it from heat.
Let the sauce cool off and pour it into condiment bottles.
Let the sauce sit overnight or for 24 hours before using it.
