Kishu Duck Ramen (Original video)

Ingredients:

• Kishu duck
• Dashi
• Duck fat
• Onions
• Garlic
• Green onions
• Ramen noodles
• Eggs

Instructions:

1. Cut the Kishu duck into pieces.
2. Cook the duck for 90 minutes at 62 degrees Celsius.
3. In a pot, heat duck fat and sauté onions, garlic, green onions, and duck back.
4. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
5. Serve the cooked duck and vegetables over the ramen noodles.
6. Garnish with a soft-boiled egg.
