Ingredients

• 1.5 oz rum
• 0.75 oz Pisco
• 0.5 oz gin
• 0.5 oz orange Curacao
• 2 oz dry sherry
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 oz orgeat
• Crushed ice
• Orange wheel and fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

1. In a shaker tin, combine rum, Pisco, gin, orange Curacao, sherry, lemon juice, and orgeat.
2. Add a small amount of crushed ice and shake vigorously for about 5 seconds.
3. Fill a chilled glass with crushed ice and strain the cocktail over it.
4. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with an orange wheel and fresh mint.
5. Enjoy your refreshing Fog Cutter cocktail!
