Marinated Olives with Cheats Labneh (Original video)

Ingredients:

• Greek yogurt
• Salt
• Olives
• Olive oil
• Aleppo pepper
• Za'atar
• Garlic
• Orange zest
• Fresh parsley
• Toasted sourdough

Instructions:

1. Make the cheats labneh by mixing Greek yogurt with salt. Transfer the mixture to a clean tea towel and let it drain for an hour.
2. Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, Aleppo pepper, za'atar, garlic, and orange zest. Sauté the mixture for about a minute, then add fresh parsley off the heat. Pour the marinade over the olives and toss well to coat.
3. Spread the cheats labneh onto a plate and top with the marinated olives. Serve with toasted sourdough to enjoy the dish.
