Heat a pan with some oil and add chopped onions and a sprinkle of sugar. Stir until deeply caramelized.
Air fry bacon until perfectly crispy.
Soft boil a few eggs.
Shape ground beef into balls and smash them into patties. Season with salt.
Flip the patties and top with cheese. Add a second patty and more cheese. Let it melt.
Assemble the burger with buns, lettuce, tomato, pinch of salt, smash patties, bacon, caramelized onions, a poached egg, and special sauce. Don't forget the lid.
