Add broccoli stocks, zucchini matchsticks, lettuce, green beans, cherry tomatoes, and frozen peas to the pot.
Season with salt, pepper, and fresh dill. Add lemon zest.
Cook pasta halfway, then add green beans and broccoli to the boiling water.
Strain pasta, reserving some pasta water.
