Mix vanilla seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg with porridge oats.
Add whole almonds, hazelnuts, fresh pears, raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots, and dried mango to the mixture.
Pour in milk and mix well. Optionally, refrigerate overnight.
Add cream to the mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top and bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle Demerara sugar on top, and grill for 3-4 minutes until a golden crust forms.
Serve warm for a comforting family breakfast.
