Marinate pork belly slices with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green onions, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
Slice onion, carrot, and mushrooms.
Heat a pan and stir-fry marinated pork until cooked.
Add sliced vegetables and continue stir-frying until vegetables are tender.
