Coat the beef in corn flour and air fry for 12 minutes at 200°C.
Mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce.
Soften the onion and vegetables in a pan, then add in the beef and sauce.
Serve with noodles if desired.
