Air Fryer Coffee Rub Beef Ribs

Ingredients
- Beef back ribs
- Ground coffee (2 tablespoons)
- Brown sugar (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic powder
- Chipotle chili powder
- Pepper
- Smoked salt
- Soy paste (or alternative: soy sauce, mustard, Sriracha, Mayo)
- Mayo
- Barbecue sauce
- Sriracha
Instructions
- Prepare the coffee rub by mixing ground coffee, brown sugar, garlic powder, chipotle chili powder, pepper, and smoked salt in a bowl.
- Trim the beef back ribs, remove the membrane, and apply a binder (soy paste or alternative) on both sides.
- Sprinkle the coffee rub on the ribs and let them sit for a while.
- Preheat the air fryer to 325°F.
- Place the ribs in the air fryer and cook for 35 minutes.
- While the ribs cook, prepare a sauce by mixing mayo, barbecue sauce, sriracha, and soy paste.
- After 35 minutes, check the ribs' internal temperature (aim for almost 200°F).
- Apply the sauce on the ribs, return them to the air fryer for a few more minutes to caramelize.
- Serve the ribs hot and enjoy the delicious flavors.
