Orange Cake (Original video)

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 150 grams of sugar
• A pinch of salt
• Zest and juice of one orange
• 100 milliliters of sunflower oil
• 100 milliliters of milk
• 250 grams of flour
• 1 packet of baking powder
• 100 milliliters of orange juice
• 2 tablespoons of sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar. Add a pinch of salt, orange zest, and juice.
3. Mix in sunflower oil and milk.
4. Sift in flour and baking powder, then mix until well combined.
5. Pour the batter into a well-buttered cake pan.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
7. In a saucepan, bring orange juice and sugar to a boil. Drizzle over the cake after it comes out of the oven.
8. Let the cake sit for added moistness. Allow it to cool before removing from the pan and slicing.
