Ingredients

• Beef
• Cheese powder
• Onion powder
• Salt
• Freeze-dried bun
• Beef
• Potato roll
• American cheese
• Diced onions
• Pickles
• Mustard

Instructions

1. Mix beef, cheese powder, onion powder, and salt to make a meatball.
2. Grill the meatball to specifications.
3. Freeze-dry the grilled meatball and reconstitute with water before serving on a freeze-dried bun.
4. Name: Platonic Ideal Burger
5. Smash beef into a patty and grill to medium-well.
6. Toast potato roll and "bun dope" with mustard on the heel.
7. Add diced onions and pickles on top of the heel.
8. Place patty on top of the onions and pickles.
9. Add a slice of American cheese on top of the patty.
10. Serve and enjoy.
