Cook beef mince with seasonings, tomato puree, chili jam, and gochujang paste. Add cream cheese and let it cool.
Prepare pasta sauce by cooking passata and Italian herbs until thickened.
Layer sauce in a baking dish, stuff pasta shells with beef mixture, and place them on top of the sauce.
Top with more sauce, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake covered with foil for 15 minutes.
