Brown 3 lbs of ground beef in a pan, then drain the excess fat.
Add black pepper, garlic powder, and Flavor Time Southern seasoning to the cooked beef.
Add chopped onion and jalapeno to the beef mixture and cook until the vegetables are soft.
Stir in 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour and cook until the raw flour taste is gone.
Add a can of cream of mushroom soup and slowly pour in 4 cups of whole milk while stirring continuously.
Keep the mixture at a simmer and stir until it reaches your desired thickness.
Serve the SOS ground beef over a piece of toast or mashed potatoes.
