Instructions:
Boil 1 L of milk with 4 tbsp of sugar, saffron strands, and cardamom powder.
Mix cornflour in 2 tbsp of milk and add it to the reduced saffron milk, stirring properly.
Add Milk Masala powder (cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder) and stir.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, scraping off the cream from the edges.
Add roasted almond flakes for garnish and serve in a beautiful bowl.
