Mix a dollop of whites into yolks, then fold in the rest of the whites.
Grease a non-stick pan with butter, pour in the mixture, cover, and cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Fold in half and cook the other side until done.
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Grease a ramekin with butter and dust with flour.
Melt dark chocolate with butter over a double boiler.
Mix eggs, egg yolks, white sugar, brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and flour.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the ramekin.
Bake at 450°F for 11 minutes.
Flip onto a plate and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
