Marshmallow Bark

Ingredients

• 12 ounces of white chocolate (bar or chips)
• 1 tablespoon of vegetable shortening (or coconut oil)
• 4 cups of multicolored marshmallows

Instructions

1. Assemble a double boiler and melt the white chocolate and vegetable shortening.
2. Measure out 4 cups of multicolored marshmallows.
3. Let the melted chocolate cool down for a little bit.
4. Combine and mix the melted chocolate and marshmallows.
5. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased and lined casserole dish, making sure everything is even and coated.
6. Refrigerate until firm.
7. Cut into pieces and serve.
