Salt the water and cook the Ramen noodles. Set aside a little broth.
Mince garlic cloves and a small shallot. Place them in a bowl with chili flakes and sesame seeds.
Pour smoking oil over the mixture and let it crisp up to make chili oil.
Add a splash of soy sauce to the chili oil, then mix in the cooked Ramen noodles.
