In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts/seeds, and any desired spices.
In a separate bowl, melt nut butter with maple syrup/honey and oil.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is coated.
Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, tossing every 10-15 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven and let it cool.
Store in an airtight container for up to a couple of weeks.
