Crispy Oven-Baked Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
- Chicken wings
- Kosher salt
- Baking powder
- 1 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Combine equal parts kosher salt and baking powder. Spread half over the chicken wings, toss, and sprinkle the rest. Let it sit for 2 to 24 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 250°F. Place the wings on a rack on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to 475°F. Return the wings to the oven for 20-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- In a bowl, mix Frank's Red Hot sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and melted butter to make the buffalo sauce.
- Place the baked wings in a large bowl, drizzle generously with the buffalo sauce, and toss to coat evenly.
- Plate the wings and enjoy your crispy buffalo wings.
