Boil fettuccine pasta in salted water for 6-7 minutes.
Cook seasoned chicken in a pot for 2-3 minutes until tender, then set aside.
In the same pot, sauté garlic and onions in butter until fragrant.
Add milk, white cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the pot. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, lemon pepper, Cajun chili flakes, and parsley.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce, then mix in the cooked chicken.
Turn off the stove, mix everything together, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
