Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil Stuffed Flatbread (Original video)
Ingredients:
Flour
Greek yogurt
Sun-dried tomatoes
Basil
Feta cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Cream cheese
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine flour and Greek yogurt. Gradually mix with a wooden spoon until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about five minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into eight pieces. Chop sun-dried tomatoes, basil, feta, mozzarella, and cream cheese, then mix them together.
Flatten out a piece of dough and add the tomato, mozzarella, and basil mixture. Pinch the ends and bring them to the middle, then pinch the middle.
Cook the stuffed flatbreads low and slow for about two to three minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Enjoy!
