Make a sauce by combining mayonnaise, chili sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Mince scallions and chop peeled shrimp into a coarse paste. Mix with mint, salt, sugar, MSG, white pepper, cornstarch, and egg whites. Add sesame oil and mix well.
Cut off the crust of milk bread slices. Stuff with shrimp mixture, ensuring it's evenly spread. Top with another slice of bread.
Deep fry at 350°F for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Alternatively, air fry until crispy.
Serve and enjoy your crunchy shrimp toast!
