Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients: Cut the ends of the onion and tomatoes into strips. Remove the seeds from the jalapeno and cut it into strips. Chop the cilantro. Clean the potatoes, remove the ends, cut them in half, and then into small moons.
- Season the steak: Cut the flank steak and season it with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the steak and potatoes: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add the steak, and allow it to brown. Then add the potatoes, season with salt, mix, and cook for five minutes.
