Peel and slice the sweet potatoes (yams) and place them in a baking dish.
Top the sweet potatoes with vegan marshmallows and drizzle condensed milk over them.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously over the mixture.
Add slices of butter on top of the sweet potato mixture.
Crumble cornbread over the top of the dish.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the entire dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasted and the sweet potatoes are cooked through.
Serve and enjoy the delicious sweet potato casserole with marshmallows.
