Place chicken in a ziploc bag and add olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Shake the bag to mix the marinade and allow to marinate in the fridge for a few hours.
Heat the grill and add the chicken.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the remoulade by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill relish.
Prepare the salad by mixing leafy greens with olive oil, honey, and lemon juice.
Slice the tomatoes.
Toast the buns.
Assemble the sandwich with a toasted bun, a piece of chicken, the remoulade, the salad, and a slice of tomato.
